Services

  • Nindy offers board-approved supervision services for psychologists practicing in Australia. Supervision can be as needed or regular. Nindy is eligible to provide primary or secondary supervision for 4+2, 5+1, Master student, transitional, and return-to-practice supervision arrangements, and to offer secondary supervision for psychologists undertaking registrar programs. Nindy especially enjoys supporting with complex differential assessment, neurodiversity, complex trauma, and LGBTQIA+ populations, but also supports therapeutic interventions more generally and is trained in ACT and (TF-)CBT. Provisional psychologists are given a discounted supervision rate.

  • Educators or allied health professionals who are seeking support with their educational or therapeutic work can contact Nindy for ad-hoc consultations. Consultations can focus on such topics as classroom accommodations for neurodivergent students, exploring what students or clients are trying to communicate with their behaviours, and considering how best to support neurodivergent and LGBTQIA+ populations in an affirming and trauma-informed manner in classroom and therapeutic settings.

  • Schools, universities, and allied health practices can get in touch to request staff training to meet professonial development requirements. Nindy has previously supervised university students and worked as a lecturer, and they have also published a paper and presented at a conference, and had involvement with student research projects and poster presentations. Nindy is able to provide training on administration of assessment tools, on neurodiversity-affirming and trauma-informed approaches, and on LGBTQIA+ inclusive practices.

Nindy is a generally registered psychologist and an Educational & Developmental Psychology registrar who is passionate about helping people understand their individual differences and empower them to live their best lives.
